Terms of Service

• You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must not access another user’s account or attempt unauthorized access.
• You should notify Support if you suspect account compromise.

Resource access level is determined by its Resource Family and applies consistently to Resources within that Family.

Earnings depend on qualifying activity, attribution, traffic quality, fraud checks, current rules and other applicable conditions. Earnings may be adjusted, reversed or invalidated when underlying activity is refunded, fraudulent, invalid or otherwise reversed.

The Referral Program is based on direct referrals only. It is not multi-level, does not create downlines and does not provide team commissions. Referral value may arise only from qualifying activity where applicable.

• Self-clicking, repeated artificial clicking, bots, fake traffic, click farming, duplicate activity, automated abuse and metric manipulation are prohibited.
• Self-referral, duplicate or fake accounts, collusion, manipulated attribution, fraudulent commercial activity and account farming are prohibited.
• Where enabled, eligible actual advertising spend by a directly referred user may generate referral commission. No commission rate is promised here.

Actual Ad Spend is different from Wallet Top-Up, Campaign Budget, Reserved Budget and Unused Budget.

Payment credentials may be processed by external payment providers. SilkLinks may receive transaction and payment status information necessary to operate the service, but users should not send full payment-card details through Support.

Refund eligibility depends on service type, activation, consumption or use, actual Ad Spend, payment status, current Refund Policy and applicable law. Chargebacks or reversed payments may result in review or adjustment of Plan access, Wallet balance, Ads, earnings, referral commissions or related benefits.

Eligible earnings may be requested through supported payout methods. Users are responsible for accurate destination details. Some payout methods may involve irreversible transactions.

If cryptocurrency is used, users must verify asset, network and address. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, public blockchain records may be visible, and SilkLinks cannot guarantee recovery of transfers sent to incorrect details.

Applicable payment, processing, payout or network fees may apply where shown. Users are responsible for their own tax and reporting obligations under applicable law, and SilkLinks does not provide tax advice.

SilkLinks may modify, add, remove or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Where required, material changes may be communicated appropriately.

SilkLinks may restrict or suspend accounts or services for policy violations, fraud, security risk, abuse, unpaid or reversed transactions, or legal requirements. Users may stop using the service or request account closure subject to current procedures. SilkLinks may terminate access where permitted under these Terms.

Termination may affect Plan access, Resource submission, Telegram Sender, Wallet spending, pending withdrawals, earnings, Ads and other platform capabilities. Relevant transaction and legal records may remain where required.

• Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• If part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
• A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
• SilkLinks may assign rights or obligations where permitted by applicable law and business needs. Users may not assign account rights without permission where such permission is required.
• These Terms, together with referenced policies and any specific service terms, form the applicable agreement concerning use of SilkLinks.
