Attribution
Your Sharing Link Can Carry Attribution
When an eligible user shares a Resource through SilkLinks, the platform may provide an attributed share link associated with that user. That attribution helps SilkLinks identify qualifying activity connected with the sharer without changing the Resource’s underlying access rules.
Resource URL, short sharing URL and runtime SmartLink CTA remain different parts of the SilkLinks link system. Share & Earn focuses on the user’s attributed Resource sharing link.
Ownership
Sharing a Resource Does Not Make It Yours

The user or source associated with submitting or owning the Resource where applicable.
Sharer
The eligible user whose attributed link helped create qualifying reach. One Resource can be shared by multiple eligible users.
Sharing does not transfer ownership, copyright, editorial responsibility or ownership of the external destination.
Access Rules
Access Rules Still Apply
Sharing does not bypass access. The recipient must still satisfy the Resource Family’s normal access requirement.

The recipient can open directly.

The recipient may need to sign in.

Self-generated repetitive traffic, bots, click exchanges, forced traffic, fraudulent referrals or traffic manipulation may be excluded from earnings and may lead to review or enforcement.
