Information on SilkLinks is provided for general discovery, distribution and platform-use purposes. Users remain responsible for evaluating whether a Resource, service, external destination or platform feature is appropriate for their own needs.
- SilkLinks may organize, classify, describe and present Resources to make discovery easier.
- SilkLinks does not replace independent judgment, verification or professional advice.

SilkLinks does not control external content, availability, policies, security, products, services, pricing, claims, refunds, community standards or account rules. External services may have their own terms, privacy policies, cookie policies, payment rules and refund policies.

SilkLinks aims to provide useful and reasonably accurate Resource information, but does not guarantee that all titles, descriptions, metadata, external information, availability, pricing, conditions, dates or links remain complete or current at all times.
External Changes
Destination URLs, external content, service ownership, pricing and access conditions may change after publication.
Unavailable Links
External destinations may be unavailable, redirected, removed, restricted, region-limited or temporarily offline.
Display Corrections
SilkLinks may correct Resource metadata, account information, service status, balances or campaign information where errors are identified.
A broken, unavailable or changed external destination does not necessarily represent a SilkLinks service failure.
4. User-Submitted Content
Submitters Remain Responsible for Their Submissions
Some Resources and content may be submitted by users or publishers. Submitters are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights, suitability and safety of what they submit, subject to SilkLinks moderation and platform policies.
SilkLinks applies Resource Quality Standards and may moderate content, but moderation does not guarantee that every issue can be detected before publication or removed immediately after discovery.
- Users should report Resources that appear broken, misleading, malicious, outdated, fraudulent or policy-violating.
- Resource Quality Standards do not create an absolute guarantee of accuracy, safety, usefulness, availability or commercial suitability.
- Users must not misuse platform features just because they can be used lawfully in other contexts.
5. Resource Access, Plans and Services
Resource access levels describe who may access a Resource: Public, Registered or VIP / Premium. Access level does not guarantee Resource quality, accuracy, safety, external availability or commercial results.
Plans provide defined platform capabilities and access. Purchasing a Plan does not guarantee Resource approval, traffic, audience growth, earnings, advertising results, Telegram delivery, business success or a particular outcome.
VIP / Premium access indicates access eligibility. It does not automatically mean an external Resource is endorsed, risk-free, verified in every respect or guaranteed to produce a result.
6. Sharing, Earnings and Referrals
Participation Does Not Guarantee Income
SilkLinks may provide mechanisms that allow eligible users to share Resources and participate in qualifying earnings or referral activity. Sharing, referrals and participation do not guarantee earnings, income, commissions or financial return.
Sharing and Earnings
Results may depend on qualifying activity, attribution, audience interest, traffic quality, current platform rules and fraud or security review. Earnings are not interest, investment yield, guaranteed passive income, securities returns or savings returns.
Referrals
Eligible referral activity may generate value under current rules, but referrals do not guarantee commissions. Not every referred action qualifies, and refunds or reversals may affect related earnings.
SilkLinks’ referral system is direct-referral based and should not be interpreted as multi-level compensation, downline income or guaranteed recruitment income.
7. Advertising
Paid Visibility Is Not a Guaranteed Result
Advertising may provide paid visibility, but SilkLinks does not guarantee clicks, leads, sales, conversions, customer acquisition, revenue, profit or return on investment. Impressions and delivery depend on the current campaign, eligibility, availability and platform rules.
- Campaign Budget controls available campaign spending.
- Actual Ad Spend reflects consumed eligible delivery.
- Neither Campaign Budget nor Actual Ad Spend guarantees a particular business outcome.
- Advertisers remain responsible for claims, offers, destination content, legal compliance, suitability and rights to promoted content.
Advertising review does not guarantee legal, commercial or performance results.
8. Wallet and Financial Information
Wallet is a platform financial area for eligible platform spending and eligible activity. Wallet balance is not investment value, a bank deposit, guaranteed earnings or automatically withdrawable earnings.
Earnings may be subject to validation, adjustments, reversals, fraud checks, eligibility rules and payout requirements. A displayed value should not be interpreted as immediately withdrawable unless current payout rules mark it as eligible.
SilkLinks Wallet, earnings, referral, advertising and withdrawal features should not be interpreted as investment products or investment recommendations.
9. Payments, Withdrawals and Crypto
Financial Activity May Depend on Providers and Networks
Payment services may involve independent third-party payment providers. SilkLinks does not guarantee provider uptime, bank authorization, exchange rates, processing speed or external provider policies.
Payment Status
A displayed order or checkout request does not necessarily mean a payment has successfully settled. Paid features may depend on confirmed payment status.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may depend on balance eligibility, supported payout method, account or security review, third-party providers and network availability.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory legal rights that apply.
If crypto payout methods are available, blockchain transactions may involve irreversible transfers, network fees, address or network risk, public transaction records, congestion and exchange-rate volatility. Users are responsible for verifying payout details.
SilkLinks does not control blockchain confirmation speed, network congestion, external wallet software, exchange rates or external exchange/provider availability.
10. Telegram Sender
Telegram Sender is a distribution tool using the user’s authorized Telegram Bot and destinations. SilkLinks does not guarantee Telegram availability, message delivery, destination availability, audience engagement, views, clicks or conversions.
The current Telegram Sender workflow is browser-controlled. The active browser session must remain open while the sending sequence is running.
Telegram operates independently. Users remain subject to Telegram’s technical limitations, rate limits, policies, permissions and availability.
11. Third-Party Services
Independent Providers May Change or Fail
SilkLinks may interact with third-party payment services, payout providers, Telegram, analytics or infrastructure services and external Resource destinations. Those services operate independently.
- Third-party providers may change pricing, functionality, permissions, policies or availability without SilkLinks’ control.
- Users may be subject to separate third-party rules and account requirements.
- SilkLinks is not responsible for independent third-party failures beyond what applicable law requires.

Wallet, earnings, referral, advertising and withdrawal features are not investment products or investment recommendations.
No Tax Advice
Users are responsible for determining their own tax, reporting and regulatory responsibilities.
Business Decisions
Users remain responsible for decisions based on Resources, advertising, external information, referrals, audience distribution or platform data.
13. Security and Availability
SilkLinks aims to maintain reliable service and uses reasonable measures to protect the platform, but no online system can guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent feature availability, zero downtime or complete security.
- Service may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure failures, network issues, third-party outages, security incidents, legal or regulatory actions, and force majeure events.
- Users are responsible for protecting account credentials, using secure devices and networks, safeguarding Telegram Bot credentials and verifying payout destinations.
- SilkLinks cannot guarantee that users will never encounter malicious external sites, compromised third-party accounts, phishing, social engineering or fraudulent third-party content.
