The Basics
What is SilkLinks?
SilkLinks is a platform that connects Resource discovery, sharing, distribution, earnings, referrals, advertising and growth.
Do I need an account to use SilkLinks?
Some Public Resources may be available without an account. Registered Resources and member services require authentication. VIP or Premium Resources may additionally require an eligible active Plan.
Is creating an account the same as purchasing a Plan?
No. Registration creates your SilkLinks account. A paid Plan may provide additional capabilities or premium access.
Where should a new user start?
Start by exploring Resources, create an account when needed, and review the available Plans and services based on how you intend to use SilkLinks.

How Resources Work
What is a Resource?
A Resource is a useful online destination presented with context rather than as a raw URL. It may include Family, Platform, Type, Topics, language and other relevant metadata.
Are all Resources public?
No. SilkLinks may provide Public, Registered and VIP or Premium access levels.
What is the difference between Registered and VIP content?
Registered means authentication is required. It does not automatically require a paid Plan. VIP or Premium content requires authentication and appropriate active premium access.
Why was I asked to log in before opening a Resource?
The requested Resource may require a registered SilkLinks account. After successful authentication, SilkLinks may return you to the Resource you originally requested.
Why am I redirected to Plans after logging in?
If the requested Resource is VIP or Premium and your account does not currently have the required active access, SilkLinks may direct you to available Plans.
Can a Resource be removed?
Yes. Resources may be reviewed, corrected, restricted or removed when they become invalid, unsafe, misleading, unavailable or otherwise fail applicable quality requirements.

Plan Capabilities
What do SilkLinks Plans provide?
Plans may define access and capabilities such as VIP content, Resource submission, listing capacity, featured visibility, Telegram Sender, daily Telegram limits, Channel capacity, Group capacity and other applicable services.
Does every Plan include VIP content?
No. Plan capabilities depend on the specific Plan configuration. Review the Plan details before purchasing.
Does a Plan guarantee that every submitted Resource will be published?
No. Submission capacity allows eligible submissions. Resources remain subject to quality, moderation and platform rules.
What happens when my Plan expires?
Plan-specific capabilities and premium access may stop or become restricted. Your account itself does not necessarily disappear.
Can Plan features or pricing change?
SilkLinks may update future Plans, prices or capabilities as the service evolves. Current Plan details are shown on the Plans page.
Sharing & Earnings
Attribution and Eligible Activity
Can I share Resources I discover on SilkLinks?
Where sharing is available, users may distribute Resource links through supported sharing methods.
What is an attributed sharing link?
It is a SilkLinks sharing link that may associate qualifying activity with the user who shared the Resource.
Do I need to own a Resource before I can share it?
Not necessarily. If SilkLinks permits the Resource to be shared and your account has the applicable access, you may be able to share a Resource you do not own. Do not imply ownership of third-party content.
Does every click or visit generate earnings?
No. Not every visit, view or interaction qualifies. Eligibility may depend on traffic quality, attribution, duplicate prevention, earning rules, fraud checks and current platform settings.
Are earnings guaranteed?
No. SilkLinks provides earning opportunities based on qualifying activity, not guaranteed income.
Where can I see my sharing earnings?
Use the Link Earnings area in My Account where applicable.
Referrals
Direct Referral Relationships
How does the SilkLinks Referral Program work?
A user may invite another person through a valid referral link. When the new user registers through that attribution, a direct referral relationship may be established.
Is SilkLinks referral multi-level?
No, unless SilkLinks explicitly introduces such functionality in the future. The current concept is based on direct referrals.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referral, fake accounts and referral manipulation are prohibited.
Can I earn from a referred user’s activity?
Certain qualifying activity may generate referral earnings where the applicable feature is enabled.
Can eligible advertising spend generate referral commission?
Where this feature is enabled, eligible actual advertising spend by a directly referred user may generate a commission for the referrer. The current percentage belongs on the canonical Referral Program page or settings area.
Is Wallet funding itself considered advertising spend?
No. Adding funds to a Wallet is not the same as actually consuming those funds through eligible advertising.
Advertising
Campaigns and Actual Spend
Can I advertise on SilkLinks?
Eligible users may be able to create advertising campaigns and use paid promotion to increase visibility.
What is the difference between campaign budget and actual spend?
Campaign budget is the amount available for the campaign. Actual spend is the amount consumed through eligible advertising delivery.
Does spending on advertising guarantee sales or conversions?
No. SilkLinks provides advertising delivery and visibility tools but does not guarantee a specific commercial result.
What happens to unused campaign budget?
Treatment depends on current Wallet and campaign rules. Unused budget is not automatically treated as consumed advertising spend.
Can an advertisement be rejected?
Yes. Ads may be reviewed and restricted when they fail applicable advertising, safety or platform rules.
Wallet, Earnings & Withdrawals
Financial Clarity
Is my Wallet balance the same as my earnings?
No. Wallet funds and earnings serve different purposes. Wallet means eligible spending. Earnings mean value generated through qualifying activity.
Can I withdraw Wallet funds?
Withdrawals apply to eligible withdrawable earnings, not automatically to ordinary spendable Wallet funds.
When does an earning become withdrawable?
Eligibility depends on current withdrawal and earning rules, including applicable status, minimums, security review and other conditions.
What withdrawal methods are supported?
SilkLinks displays currently supported withdrawal methods in the withdrawal interface.
What happens if I enter the wrong cryptocurrency address?
Users are responsible for verifying destination details. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible after valid processing.
Are withdrawal fees possible?
Where applicable, fees may be displayed or communicated during the withdrawal process.
Telegram Sender
Distribution Through Telegram
What is Telegram Sender?
Telegram Sender helps eligible users distribute selected SilkLinks Resources to supported Telegram destinations through a structured workflow.
Can I connect Channels and Groups?
Where supported by the user’s active Plan, Telegram destinations may include Channels and Groups. Groups may support applicable topic routing where available.
Does SilkLinks create my Telegram bot?
No. Users connect a Telegram bot they are authorized to use.
Does my bot need permissions?
Yes. The bot requires appropriate Telegram permissions for the destination where messages are being sent.
Does SilkLinks expose my bot token publicly?
No. Sensitive bot credentials should not be displayed publicly.
Are Telegram limits per bot?
Plan limits may apply at user or account level. Do not assume every bot receives an independent quota.
What happens when I add a Resource to the Telegram Queue?
The Resource becomes temporarily available in your sending Queue, subject to current eligibility, quota and expiration rules.
Can queued items expire?
Yes. Queue items may expire after the defined temporary retention period.
Does SilkLinks send messages after I close the Sender?
The current Sender is browser-controlled while each item is sent during the active sending session. Keep the browser open until the sequence is finished.
Does SilkLinks guarantee Telegram delivery?
No. Delivery may depend on Telegram availability, permissions, rate limits and other external factors.
Payments & Refunds
Purchases and Payment Questions
What can I pay for on SilkLinks?
Depending on available services, payments may relate to Plans, Wallet funding, advertising or other eligible services.
When is a paid Plan activated?
A paid Plan is activated after applicable successful payment or order confirmation according to the current purchase flow.
Can I request a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on service type, activation, usage, advertising consumption, payment status and applicable law.
Is unused advertising budget the same as a refundable payment?
No. Unused campaign budget and external payment refund eligibility are separate concepts.
What if I am charged twice?
Contact SilkLinks with the transaction details for review.
What happens after a chargeback?
Affected Plans, Wallet balances, advertising, earnings or related benefits may be reviewed or adjusted according to the Terms.

Security and Help
How do I protect my SilkLinks account?
Use strong authentication credentials and protect sensitive access information. Do not share passwords, Telegram tokens, private keys or wallet recovery phrases.
Can SilkLinks suspend an account?
Yes, where necessary for serious or repeated policy violations, fraud, security risks or other circumstances covered by the Terms.
Can SilkLinks remove a Resource?
Yes, where applicable moderation, quality, safety or legal rules justify it.
How does SilkLinks handle my personal information?
