1. What Cookies Are

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small data files stored by a browser or device when users visit websites. They may maintain session state, remember settings, support authentication, improve security and help understand usage.

SilkLinks may also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, browser storage and similar identifiers. Not every technology is active for every user or every feature.

2. How SilkLinks Uses Them

Cookie and Storage Categories

SilkLinks may use cookies or similar technologies for essential, functional, preference, analytics, security and attribution purposes.

  • Essential technologies support core operation.
  • Functional technologies help features work consistently.
  • Preference technologies remember choices such as interface settings.
  • Analytics technologies help understand service use and performance.
  • Security technologies help protect accounts and reduce abuse.
  • Attribution technologies may preserve sharing and referral context.

SilkLinks does not claim here that every category is always active, or that external behavioral advertising tracking is used.

3. Essential Cookies

Some cookies or similar technologies may be necessary for core functions such as maintaining a secure session, account authentication, access control, fraud prevention, form or session continuity and basic platform operation.

Disabling essential technologies may affect functionality, including sign-in, protected Resource access, checkout continuity or other core platform features.

4. Authentication and Sessions

Signed-In State and Return Flows

Session-related technologies may help keep users signed in, remember authenticated state, protect sessions, maintain secure navigation and support return-to-resource flows after authentication.

When users are asked to sign in before accessing a Resource, SilkLinks may temporarily preserve information needed to return the user to the appropriate destination afterward.

5. Preferences

Remembered Settings

Preference technologies may remember Dark / Light Mode, interface preferences, remembered settings and optional display choices. These technologies help provide a consistent experience.

6. Resource Access

Public, Registered and VIP / Premium Access

SilkLinks may use session or state information to determine whether a visitor is not signed in, registered, or eligible for premium/VIP access.

No internal access-control architecture is exposed here. The purpose is to explain that browser/session state may be used to provide the correct access experience.

7. Sharing and Referral Attribution

SilkLinks may use cookies or similar state to preserve information related to Resource sharing attribution, referral source, campaign or source identifiers, qualifying activity, anti-duplication and fraud protection.

When someone visits through a referral link, SilkLinks may preserve information needed to determine whether a valid direct referral relationship should be recognized. Attribution may be subject to timing, validity rules, fraud prevention and existing attribution rules.

Storage or attribution does not guarantee commission, earnings or qualifying activity. It only helps SilkLinks understand relevant referral or share context.

8. Checkout, Payments and Financial Session State

Cookies or session technologies may help maintain checkout state, preserve transaction flow, prevent accidental session loss, connect payment status with the relevant order or session and improve security.

Secure session technologies may also be used when users interact with Wallet, funding, advertising, earnings or withdrawal features. This does not mean sensitive payment credentials are intentionally stored in ordinary cookies.

9. Advertising

Campaign Management and Measurement

SilkLinks may use limited browser or session information in connection with campaign management, attribution, measurement, delivery integrity and fraud prevention.

SilkLinks advertising-related measurement may support platform campaign functionality. This statement does not automatically imply external behavioral advertising networks unless such technologies are separately disclosed or used.

10. Telegram Sender

Browser or session storage may support Telegram Sender interface state, such as selected destination, selected Resources, sending session or progress and interface continuity.

Telegram Sender currently depends on an active browser-controlled sending session. Browser state may help maintain the active interface while the tab is open. SilkLinks does not claim independent background sending here.

Bot Tokens are sensitive and are not described here as intentionally stored in ordinary client-side cookies.

11. Security, Fraud Prevention and Analytics

Cookies and similar technologies may help SilkLinks identify suspicious sessions, protect accounts, reduce abuse, prevent referral manipulation, protect payment activity, reduce fake traffic and detect unusual behavior.

SilkLinks may use analytics technologies to understand page usage, navigation patterns, feature usage, technical performance, errors and aggregate visitor behavior. Analytics information may include page views, device or browser type, approximate technical context, timestamps, navigation source, interactions and performance data.

SilkLinks does not list unverified analytics vendors here.

12. Local and Session Storage

Browser-Based Storage

Local storage is browser-based storage that may retain information longer than a single page load. SilkLinks may use it for preferences, interface state and non-sensitive functional continuity.

Session storage generally lasts for the active browser session or tab context and may support temporary interface state. SilkLinks does not expose internal storage key names in this public policy.

13. Third-Party Technologies

External Providers and Resource Destinations

Third-party providers involved in SilkLinks services may place or use their own technologies where applicable. Categories may include payment providers, analytics providers, infrastructure or service providers, and embedded third-party services.

Third-party technologies are also governed by those providers’ privacy and cookie practices. SilkLinks does not control independent third-party sites and services.

When a user leaves SilkLinks through a Resource link, the destination site may use its own cookies or technologies outside SilkLinks’ direct control.

External payment providers may use their own cookies or session technologies for fraud prevention, secure payment processing, authentication and transaction management.

Privacy Policy

14. Managing Cookies

Browser Controls and Site Data

Users can usually manage cookies through browser settings, privacy settings and site controls where available. Most browsers allow users to view cookies, delete cookies, block cookies, block third-party cookies and clear site data.

Session Cookies usually last for a browser or session period. Persistent Cookies may remain for a defined period or until deleted. First-party cookies are set in connection with SilkLinks itself. Third-party cookies may be set by an external provider or service where applicable.

  • Blocking essential cookies may impair functionality.
  • Clearing cookies or site storage may sign users out.
  • Clearing site data may reset preferences, remove temporary attribution, interrupt checkout or session continuity and reset certain interface settings.
  • Private browsing may reduce or remove stored data after the session ends, depending on the browser. It does not necessarily make the user anonymous to websites, service providers or networks.
  • Cookie and storage choices are often specific to the browser, device and profile. Changes on one device may not automatically affect another.

15. Privacy Signals, Consent and Misuse

Controls May Depend on Law and Browser Support

Where applicable law requires consent for certain non-essential technologies, SilkLinks may request consent before using them. This Policy does not claim a specific consent-management provider or mechanism.

Some browsers provide Do Not Track signals. There is no universal technical or legal standard governing how every service must respond. Certain browser privacy signals, such as Global Privacy Control, may be recognized where required by applicable law and supported by the platform.

Intentionally manipulating browser or storage state to fraudulently create referral credit, avoid attribution rules, generate duplicate activity or manipulate earnings may violate SilkLinks policies.

Acceptable Use Policy

16. Personal Information and Related Policies

Cookie Data May Be Personal Information

Some cookie or session information may be linked to an account or other data and therefore may be personal information under applicable law.

Users should not intentionally place sensitive information in public fields or browser-accessible content unnecessarily. SilkLinks is not intended for children below the applicable minimum age for independent service use.

International use may involve browser technologies and service providers operating across jurisdictions. Applicable privacy and cookie rights may vary by location.
