Telegram Sender
Distribution
Move Valuable Resources to the Audience You Already Manage
Telegram Sender helps eligible SilkLinks members distribute selected Resources to supported Telegram Channels and Groups through a controlled queue-based workflow.
It is built for authorized distribution, not spam automation, background posting or Telegram growth guarantees.
Positioning
Distribution, Not Spam Automation
Telegram Sender helps users distribute relevant SilkLinks Resources to Telegram destinations they are authorized to manage.
Relevant Resources
Choose Resources that make sense for the audience.
Authorized Destinations
Use Channels or Groups you are allowed to manage.
Audience Expectations
Respect the people who receive your messages.
Telegram Rules
Do not use SilkLinks to bypass Telegram policies or permissions.
Do not use Telegram Sender for unsolicited mass messaging, scraping, spam, bypassing admin rights or evading Telegram restrictions.
Plans
Available Through Eligible Plans
Telegram Sender availability depends on the user’s active Plan configuration. Current limits come from canonical Plan data, not this static page.
Plan capabilities may include Telegram Sender availability, daily Telegram Resource usage, saved Channels and saved Groups.
- Telegram Sender enabled by Plan
- Daily Resource usage governed by Plan
- Channel capacity and Group capacity are separate
- Limits are not granted per bot
Connect Your Own Telegram Bot
Users connect a Telegram Bot credential they are authorized to use. SilkLinks does not create or own the user’s bot.
The bot must have appropriate Telegram permissions for the intended Channel or Group.
Sensitive Credentials Stay Protected
A Bot Token is sensitive account data. It should be stored securely, never exposed publicly, never rendered back in full after save and replaced instead of casually displayed.
Destinations
Save Channels and Groups
A single Telegram Bot may serve multiple saved destinations when it has the required permissions. Each destination still needs to be valid for the selected type.
Channel
Suitable for distributing Resources to a Telegram Channel where the connected bot has required posting rights.
Group
Suitable for supported Telegram Groups where the bot has the required permissions.
Forum Topic
Where supported, a Group destination may target a specific Telegram forum topic or message thread. A topic does not consume another Group capacity slot.
Deleting a saved destination may free capacity. Disabled-but-saved destinations may still count depending on current system behavior. Capacity is not per bot.
Queue
Build Your Sending Queue
Eligible users can add selected Resources to a temporary Telegram Queue. The Queue stores Resource references, not a duplicate permanent content archive.
The same Resource should not be inserted repeatedly as duplicate pending queue items for the same user.
Queue Items Are Temporary
Queued Resources remain temporary and may expire after the current retention period. Current project behavior is 24 hours from when the Resource is queued.
Retries or later activity should not be assumed to extend the expiry.
Limits
Daily Limits Keep Sending Controlled
One Plan-defined daily Telegram Resource limit governs both Resources added to Queue today and Resources successfully sent today. They are separate counters governed by the same daily allowance.
Successful Queue Insertions
Adding a new eligible Resource to Queue counts against today’s add usage only when insertion succeeds. Duplicate attempts should not consume additional add usage.
Confirmed Sends
The send counter increases only after Telegram confirms a successful send. Failed sends should not be described as successful usage.
Still Temporary
A queued Resource may remain across a date change while still within its lifetime. If sent the next day, the send counts toward that new day’s usage.
Workflow
A Controlled Browser-Driven Workflow
The current Telegram Sender is browser-controlled. The browser tab must remain open while the sending sequence is running.
Keep the Browser Open
The current workflow does not claim continuation after the browser is closed. Keep the browser open until the sending sequence is finished.
Active Sending Session
The browser controls the sequence, while SilkLinks sends each Telegram request securely from the server. Bot Tokens should not be exposed to frontend code.
Control
Stay in Control
The Sender interface lets users choose selected Resources, choose a destination, control the interval, start sending, stop the current browser-driven sequence and monitor progress.
Successful Send
After Telegram confirms successful delivery, send usage is recorded and the successful queue item can be removed from the Queue.
Failed Send
If a send fails, the item may remain temporarily available in Queue and the failure should not count as a confirmed successful send.
Uncertain Delivery
When delivery status is uncertain because of network or provider interruption, SilkLinks may avoid blindly resending the same item to reduce duplicate posting risk.
Resources
Telegram Uses the Current Resource
Telegram posts are built from current SilkLinks Resource information rather than a separate permanent Telegram content copy.
Eligible users may be able to distribute Resources they do not personally own, as long as the Resource is shareable, the user has required access and normal SilkLinks rules are satisfied.
Your Sharing Attribution Can Stay With the Resource
Where applicable, the Telegram CTA or link should use the current authenticated sender’s canonical SilkLinks sharing URL.
Access
Telegram Distribution Does Not Bypass Resource Access
Recipients must still satisfy the normal Resource access requirement. SilkLinks may re-check whether the sender is still eligible when adding or sending a Resource.
Public
The recipient can open normally.
Registered
The recipient may need to sign in.
VIP / Premium
The recipient may need eligible premium access.
External Service
Telegram Remains an External Service
Delivery may be affected by Telegram availability, bot permissions, destination restrictions, Telegram rate limits and external network conditions.
Telegram may enforce its own technical and anti-spam limits independently of SilkLinks Plan limits. SilkLinks cannot guarantee Telegram delivery.
Your Plan Defines SilkLinks Capacity
SilkLinks Plan capacity may determine whether Telegram Sender is available, daily Resource usage, saved Channels and saved Groups.
If a Plan changes to a lower destination capacity, existing saved destinations may remain available while adding new destinations may be blocked until usage is within the new limit.
Ecosystem
Discovery Becomes Distribution
SilkLinks helps users move from discovery to selection, queueing, distribution and audience reach. Telegram Sender complements Resource discovery, sharing, referrals and advertising.
Telegram Sender is an organic distribution path. It is not the same as paid advertising.
Responsible Use
Use Telegram Responsibly
- Send relevant Resources to audiences that expect them.
- Use only Telegram destinations you are authorized to manage.
- Respect Telegram platform rules and anti-spam controls.
- Keep Resource access and attribution behavior intact.
Common Questions
Telegram Sender FAQ
What is Telegram Sender?
Telegram Sender is a SilkLinks distribution tool that helps eligible users send selected Resources to supported Telegram Channels and Groups through a controlled queue-based workflow.
Do I need a Plan?
Yes, Telegram Sender availability and capacity depend on the user’s active Plan configuration and global platform availability.
Do I need my own Telegram bot?
Yes. Users connect a Telegram Bot credential they are authorized to use. SilkLinks does not create or own the user’s bot.
Can one bot serve multiple destinations?
Yes, when the bot has the required permissions for those destinations and current capacity rules allow them.
Can I save Channels and Groups?
Supported destinations may include Channels and Groups, with separate capacity rules from the current Plan.
Can I send to Group topics?
Where supported, a Group destination may target a Telegram forum topic or message thread. A topic is part of the Group destination, not another Group slot.
Are limits per bot?
No. Plan capacity is account-based in the current model and should not be treated as a separate quota for each bot.
How does the daily limit work?
The same Plan-defined daily Resource limit governs both Resources added today and Resources successfully sent today, tracked as separate counters.
How long do queue items remain?
Current project behavior keeps queued Resources temporarily available for 24 hours from the queue time.
Does the browser need to stay open?
Yes. The current Telegram Sender sequence is browser-controlled, so the browser tab must remain open while sending runs.
Does SilkLinks keep sending after I close the browser?
No. The browser controls the sequence while SilkLinks sends each item during the active sending session. Keep the browser open until sending is complete.
Does a failed send count?
A failed send should not be described as successful usage. The send counter increases only after Telegram confirms successful delivery.
Can I send Resources I do not own?
Where sharing is permitted, an eligible user may distribute Resources they do not personally own, but sharing does not transfer ownership or responsibility for the destination.
Do Resource access rules still apply?
Yes. Telegram distribution does not bypass Public, Registered or VIP access rules.
Does SilkLinks guarantee Telegram delivery?
No. Delivery depends on Telegram availability, permissions, destination state, rate limits and external network conditions.
