Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, payment access, Telegram Bot credentials, payout destinations and sensitive account information. Attempts to obtain another user’s credentials or account access are prohibited.

3. Resource Quality and Resource Abuse

4. Sharing, Traffic and Attribution Abuse

Sharing should represent genuine distribution to real audiences. Users must not manipulate SilkLinks sharing systems to create artificial activity.

  • Self-clicking, repeated automated visits, bot traffic, click farms, forced clicks, hidden iframes, invisible traffic, fake page views and automated reload loops are prohibited.
  • Traffic exchanges designed to manipulate earnings are prohibited.
  • Incentive-based promotion, where allowed, must comply with current platform rules and must not be deceptive or manipulative.
  • Attempts to manipulate sharing attribution, referral attribution, source identifiers, browser storage, tracking parameters or qualifying-event recognition are prohibited.
  • Users must not intentionally manufacture qualifying activity solely to generate their own earnings through fake or circular activity.
Share & Earn

5. Referrals

Direct Referrals Only

The SilkLinks Referral Program is based on direct referrals. Users must not attempt to convert it into multi-level schemes, fake downlines, account chains, reciprocal fake referrals or referral farms.

  • Do not refer yourself, accounts you control or duplicate identities created for referral benefit.
  • Do not use referral collusion, fake purchases, artificial ad spend, circular funding, controlled duplicate accounts or coordinated refunds to manufacture referral commissions.
  • Where eligible actual Ad Spend may generate referral value, users must not create artificial advertising spend, move funds solely to manufacture commission, use fake campaigns or coordinate fraudulent spend and reversals.

Actual Ad Spend is not Wallet funding, campaign budget or unused budget.

Referral Program

6. Advertising

Paid Promotion Does Not Override Rules

Advertising must be truthful, lawful, not misleading, consistent with Resource Quality Standards and suitable for the intended audience.

  • Ad fraud, fake clicks, automated clicks, impression manipulation, click farms, coordinated fraudulent interaction, forced engagement and invalid traffic are prohibited.
  • Users must not present different content to moderation or review systems than to end users in order to evade policy enforcement.
  • Do not advertise false claims, deceptive offers, fake scarcity, impersonated brands, misleading pricing or fraudulent services.
  • Paid promotion does not exempt a Resource from quality standards, access rules, acceptable-use requirements or moderation.

  • Users must not consume services and then falsely claim non-delivery, request duplicate recovery, combine completed refunds with fraudulent chargebacks or create transactions solely to exploit refund mechanisms.
  • Legitimate payment disputes remain available where appropriate, but knowingly false or abusive chargebacks may be treated as policy violations.

10. Automation and Scraping

Unauthorized Automation Is Prohibited

Users must not use unauthorized scraping, bots, scripts, crawlers, bulk extraction, rate-limit evasion, automated interface abuse or circumvention mechanisms where such use interferes with, abuses or degrades SilkLinks.

This Policy does not prohibit normal search-engine indexing, legitimate user browsing, or tools explicitly authorized by SilkLinks.

11. Security Abuse

Users must not conduct unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, credential attacks, brute-force attempts, exploitation, injection attacks, DDoS, service disruption or attempts to bypass authentication, Plan eligibility, access restrictions, security controls, account restrictions, suspension or moderation decisions.

Do not upload, distribute or attempt to execute viruses, worms, malicious scripts, ransomware or exploit code intended to harm users or the platform. Do not intentionally degrade performance, overload systems, disrupt service, interfere with other users or manipulate infrastructure.

If SilkLinks later offers a formal security disclosure program, that program may define separate authorization.

12. Rights, Privacy and Personal Data

Respect Rights and Protected Information

Users must not submit or distribute content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights. Users should have the necessary rights or permission.

  • Do not publish private personal information without lawful basis, credentials, payment information, private addresses where inappropriate, confidential records or sensitive information obtained unlawfully.

13. Spam, Communications and Reports

Do Not Abuse Communication or Moderation Tools

Unsolicited bulk distribution using SilkLinks systems is prohibited where such activity is abusive, unlawful, deceptive or violates recipient or platform rules.

  • Do not impersonate SilkLinks, another user, a business, brand, public organization or rights holder.
  • Do not falsely imply endorsement by SilkLinks, partnership, certification or official status unless authorized.
  • If reporting, moderation or feedback tools exist, do not file knowingly false reports, coordinate malicious reporting, abuse moderation tools or submit reports solely to harm competitors.

14. Moderation and Enforcement

SilkLinks May Review and Act

SilkLinks may review content and account activity for policy enforcement. Moderation may result in warnings, content restrictions, Resource removal, feature restrictions, earnings review, account suspension or termination depending on severity.

SilkLinks may consider severity, intent, repetition, harm, fraud risk, previous violations and legal obligations. SilkLinks does not promise a warning before every enforcement action.

Immediate action may be taken where necessary to address fraud, malware, security threats, legal requirements, serious user harm or payment abuse. Where necessary for fraud or security review, SilkLinks may temporarily review or restrict financial activity in accordance with applicable policies.

Resources may be restricted or removed where they violate this Policy, become unsafe, become deceptive, infringe rights or no longer meet quality standards. Where available, users may contact Support regarding an enforcement decision, but no formal appeal deadline is promised here.

15. Reporting and Good-Faith Use

Help Keep SilkLinks Useful and Safe

Users should report malicious Resources, fraud, phishing, abuse, policy violations and compromised accounts using canonical support or reporting mechanisms where available.

Users should act in good faith and use SilkLinks for genuine discovery, distribution, publishing, promotion and participation, not for manipulation.
