1. General Policy

All purchases made on our platform are for digital services, including listing packages, visibility ads, and verification add-ons. As such, all payments are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified below.

 

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Non-delivery of purchased service due to verified platform-side malfunction.
  • Failure to activate a purchased package when the issue is caused by our system.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Proof of payment and a detailed explanation must be provided.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • No or low performance of the listing (views/clicks/contacts).
  • Failure to set up or complete profile/listing.
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations.
  • Use of services for the majority of the billing cycle.

 

4. Ad and Promotional Services

Ads (CPC or CPM) become non-refundable once impressions or clicks have started.

If a paid campaign cannot launch due to a system issue on our end, a refund or reschedule option will be offered.

 

5. Refund Process

Submit refund requests to info@silklinks.net with your transaction ID and justification.

We will respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method (PayPal).

 

6. Dispute Handling

Users are encouraged to contact our support team before opening a PayPal dispute.

Repeated or abusive refund requests may result in restricted access to our services.
